Time of the Thieves
“We are thieves of images that we like. We are Claudio Troncoso Rojas and María Aparicio Puentes, chilean architects based in Barcelona and owners of timeofthethieves. In our spare time we spend among other things to see and collect images. In parallel, we are contacting people we’ve uploaded to our site. We choose one image that we found interesting and in response, we expect to receive five images of the author’s work. The idea is to know who is behind these images and they can tell about their making off.”

¿Necesitas aprender alguna técnica relacionada con video, retoque de foto, 3D, web, ilustración … ? en Video2brain podrás encontrar todo tipo de info en formato DVD. Incluso el maestro Criterion habla de esta gente!!!! Lo único que no he encontrado es info sobre cómo freír una corbata o planchar un huevo … Ouch!
Need to learn something about techniques in video, photo retouching, 3D, web, illustration … ? at Video2brain you can find all that kind of information in DVD format. Also the master Criterion has been talking about that site!! The only thing I couldn’t find was info on how to fry a tie or iron an egg … Ouch!

Esta es una de esas iniciativas de las que me encanta hablar. Brief and Chips está online y funcionando! El proyecto se centra en compartir un brief, cada mes, al que os podéis unir para crear una propuesta personal. Este mes nosotros, los United Fakes, estaremos apadrinando el proyecto y las ideas que enviéis! Cada persona tiene un maestro (a veces más de uno). Raquel Pelta es esí, te hace crecer como profesional y como persona. Estoy contento de anunciar el nuevo proyecto que está desarrollando con otro buen amigo, Javi Sastre.
El proyecto Monográfica es una publicación temática online que se enfoca y enfatiza la mirada del Diseño hacia otros ámbitos de la experiencia humana. Este primer número trata sobre el Medio Ambiente y está lleno de artículos muy interesantes. Otro punto fuerte de esta publicación son la larga lista de colaboradores y expertos, un ejercicio enorme de networking y amistad. Me encanta! Buena suerte chicos!

The Monográfica project is an online thematic publication focusing and emphasizing a different view through design and human experiences. This first issue is about the environment and is full of interesting articles, interviews and documents related with it. Another strong point of the magazine are the long range of experts and contributors, a gorgeous exercise of networking and friendship. I love it! Good luck guys!
